Logans offer returns on most purchases for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unmarked & undamaged, in it's original packaging.
The following products cannot be returned:
- Items we cannot legally returns for copyright reasons (e.g sheet music & CDs)
- Items with hygiene concerns, such as opened mouthpieces, reeds and earplugs
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Logans Pianos reserve the right to refuse returns we believe are being initiated in "bad faith" - i.e. in cases where the customer never intended to keep the product.
All returns require proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless you are making a warranty return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you are making a warranty claim, Logans will take responsibility for return shipping.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund clears.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

The term of warranty varies from brand to brand and product to product. Generally, this information can be found in the relevant product page. Where no manufacturer's warranty is listed, all products we sell comply with the relevant Australian consumer law.
All warranty returns must be inspected by a representative of the manufacturer, which may increase lead times on replacing, repairing or refunding the product. We always do whatever we can to expedite this process, and will always represent our customers interests with the manufacturer.
Warranty returns will vary in response time, depending on whether the product is being repaired, or replaced. We will always do our best to keep you informed on the progress of any warranty claim.
