Logans are pleased to offer a generous Customer Loyalty & Referrals Program. You do not have to sign up for any marketing in order to start earning credit (unless you want to). You can see your current points in the "Store Credit" section of your customer account.
To use your store credit, please select the store credit checkbox at the bottom of the cart prior to checkout, like the image below:
In order to access your store credit, you must first have an account. Don't worry if you didn't create one prior to making a purchase - simply create an account using the email address your credit was registered with, and your credit will be there when you log in.
Points will be added automatically to your account upon the completion of any of the following:
Orders 1 - 5 You earn 0.8% credit on orders 1-5. Credit does not expire.
Credit after 5th order You earn 1.2% credit on every order after your 5th. Credit does not expire.
Birthday Stay with us until your next birthday and get $20 credit. Credit expires in 7 days.
Product Review Write a product review, and get $2 credits. Credit does not expire.
Referral Program Invite a friend using the referral link in your account, and receive $5 credit. Credit expires in 180 days.
Expired credit cannot be redeemed. Credit can not be reassigned or exchanged. dollar figure in front of credit is indicative only. Credit has no cash value. Credit is not redeemable in store and can only be redeemed online at loganspianos.com.au.
Logans reserve the right to add, remove or change any aspect of the loyalty program without notice. This includes but is not limited to refusing orders that we think violate the Terms of Services or Relevant Sale & Discount Policies, Adding or removing credit from customer accounts, or discontinuing elements of the program.
Logans reserves the right to removed credit from accounts we believe are engaging in bad faith activities to accrue credit, including but not limited to reviewing products you have not used or purchased, creating dummy accounts and/or purchasing products with the intent of claiming refunds.
